The Buddy System!
Each month, I’m going to randomly pair you up with another member of the group. Your job is to email each other and arrange to talk one time via phone or Skype for one hour.
You can discuss one of the training sessions, you can go over one of the exercises, you can get feedback from each other — whatever you’d like. There’s no pre-set agenda. (Although I may occasionally give you a set of discussion questions.)
You can even agree to keep each other accountable during the month — something I’d definitely recommend.
The only thing I would ask is that you talk for a full hour AND that you split the time evenly. That way each person gets an opportunity to present their challenge, question or idea.
