Working as a subcontractor in the courting phase of a relationship with another writer. Right now, working on what amounts to a paid test project. I like him. Arrangement is just by email, but he’s a rec from a group I’m in, backed by a writer i trust. So- question: what’s appropriate in terms of contract, assuming we’ll hit it off (because we will)?
I am used to dropping my contract once we’re through the proposal stage, but since it’s subcontract, I don’t know what the etiquette is.
