I've also included a summary handout and the audio file for each lesson. This gives you many different options based on how you prefer to learn.

Keep in mind that some of what I'll teach is going to be more visual than auditory. So if you take these lessons with you in your car or while you jog, you might need to come back to it later and go through the handouts and the videos that explain some of these visual elements.
