Some update on finding key contacts for companies:
1. Linked in now gives full names of 3rd level connections. I do remember some years ago LinkedIn would give First + Last Initial.
2. When you do a Google search for emails, I’ve been getting some services for finding emails, some for as little as $9/month.
Some offer the first few (15) contacts for free. Then you can check if they work (you don’t get any dreaded Mailer Daemon messages).
Yes, I think this is the best way to get work at companies you want to work for.
Inbound methods and job listings – not so much.
