Hey Ed! Posted this in Slack, and realized I could ask this during tomorrow’s call. To recap: One of my focus areas for the 90-day plan is to get super clear about my audience. As you know, I had the “ah ha” that I have been more focused on my audience’s audience, and need to regroup around the needs of *my* audience. So far I’ve started a brainstorm/mind map to consider their pain points. Any other thoughts on a good way to start looking at this group from a new (and better!) angle?
Can we talk through a potential retainer that’s up in the air for me? I could use your insight weighing pros/cons and some of the tricky bits of the situation.
